  • What if the item I want isn't in stock?

    Please get in touch with us via phone or email if you spot that an item is out of stock, and we’ll be happy to give you an estimated delivery time. If you’ve already placed a back-order and decide you’d rather not wait, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to issue a refund.

  • How long will my horseshoe take to arrive?

    Because each horseshoe is hand made to order, our standard dispatch time is between 5 and 7 working days, which doesn’t include delivery time, which can be anything up to 3 additional days. You can also see an estimated delivery date when ordering your product.

  • I need my horseshoe faster!

    We can usually help with most time frames – just give our friendly team a call and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements. Please note, that there may be an additional charge for rush orders.

  • What if my item is delivered damaged or not what I expected?

    In the unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged goods please return them with the original packaging within 7 working days and we will refund the purchase costs and return postage costs.

    Please allow up to 21 days for us to process the repayment. We will normally refund you using the same payment method used to purchase the goods. Photographic images on this site are for reference purposes only. Due to photographic constraints actual colours and finishes may vary very slightly from the pictures shown. Also part of the product process is ‘artisan’ (i.e. not factory) produced and therefore cannot be identical. Minor variations are part of the process and add to the originality of the items. These elements are not considered as “faults”.

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.

    Please ensure that you enclose the original invoice containing your details in order that the item can be identified. If you need to, you can download a copy of your invoice from our website.

  • Is paying online secure?

    We use two well respected and secure payment processors, PayPal and Stripe. Both provide a safe and secure environment when you place your order, and we never see, store or have access to your credit card details.

    Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account or need to open one to use PayPal, you can simply pay using your credit / debit card. Please note that deliveries can only be made to the same address as that registered to the credit/debit card.

    Additionally, if you choose to pay using PayPal’s e-Cheque service, it can take up to 7 working days for funds to clear into our account, and goods will not be sent until this has happened.

  • How secure are my personal details when using this site, and what happens to my personal data?

    Wedding Horseshoes do not disclose buyers information to third parties. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

    In addition, all information submitted to us is secured via an SSL Certificate for your protection.

  • I am not satisfied with the product, can I return it?

    You may return non-customised items within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery as we cannot be held liable for any postal losses.

    Providing the items are undamaged, clean and in their original packaging you will be refunded the full purchase price. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for items that are not faulty.

    Please allow 21 days from receipt of returned items by us to process your refund. Weddinghorseshoes will normally refund you using PayPal. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    If you have ordered a bespoke item, such as a custom printed ribbon, engraved plaque or gift card, that are made to your specification, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds, as the product cannot be resold again.

  • Are there any hidden charges?

    All Weddinghorseshoes product prices, postage, packaging and delivery costs are inclusive of all UK taxes that we are obliged to collect and pay. Once you have customised your horseshoe online, there are no extra fees to pay.
